HAMTRAMCK, Mich. – Sterling Services continues their community stewardship as they were one of the many sponsors for the 2020 Paczki Run in Hamtramck, Mich. The race, which was on Saturday, February 22, saw more than 1,900 participants running through the streets of Downtown Hamtramck.

“The Paczki Run is a Hamtramck staple and has been around for years and as a local business, it is our pleasure to continue supporting such a great event,” Jason Eddleston, VP of Operations said. “As a small business in this city, it is important to come together and this event, as many in this town do, brings the community together.”

As a sponsor, you are given sponsorship entries into the 5K and Kimberly Hosner was one of our entrants. Hosner, who is on the Royal Oak Chamber board with our VP of Operations, Jason Eddleston, was more than happy to join the fun. See her photos of the event below:

The race begins and ends at the intersection of Joseph Campau Avenue and Hanley Street in Hamtramck. The 10 a.m. race ran through the residential and commercial streets of Hamtramck including the main strip of main street. Following the event, runners gathered at numerous venues around town to refuel.
